A value added tax identification number pursuant to section 27a of the German Value Added Tax Act does not currently exist. Purchases in the app are handled through the App Store; Apple is your contracting party. Any value added tax that may apply is shown and paid over by the App Store.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws. However, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity (sections 7 et seq. DDG). If we become aware of such infringements, we remove the content concerned without delay.

For the images generated with the app, section 8 of the Terms of Use applies: users are responsible for the photos and motifs they upload.

Liability for links

Our offering contains links to external websites of third parties over whose content we have no influence. The respective provider is always responsible for that third-party content. At the time of linking, no legal infringements were apparent. If we become aware of any infringement, we will remove such links without delay.

The content we create is subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, adaptation and distribution beyond the limits of copyright law require our written consent.
